- ID Form : this module provides information of identification like name, address, phones and email address.

- Emergency 911 : this module provides a sumary of your medical file, which will be very useful in case of emergency.  It
contains information like weight, height, date of birth, hair color, eye color.  Other information like Known allergies,
medecines, deseases and diagnostics.  And of course names and phones of three contacts to call in case of emergency.

- Medical Events : this module keeps all details of each of your medical event.  All your medical notes, appointments,
check-ups, prescriptions of medicines, tests, diagnostics and treaments.

- Medical Contacts : this module allows you to update information on your medical contacts.  Your physician, your doctor,
your emergency contacts, etc.

- Maintenance and parameters : this module allows you to set all important parameters.  You can manage all type of basic
data like test types, medicines, deseases, etc.
